Post 1 of 1- Must be an officer of the Central Government, State Governments, Union Territory Administrations, autonomous body, statutory organisation, public sector undertakings, recognised university, or recognised research institution.
- Must be holding an analogous post on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department; OR
- Must have four years of regular service in Level-12 (Rs. 78800-209200) or equivalent; OR
- Must have at least twelve years of regular service in Group 'A' or equivalent, and have held a post of Level-11 or equivalent on a regular basis for at least six years.
- Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, and/or Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical or Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Information Technology or Computer Science Engineering; OR
- Must possess a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Commerce, Engineering, Law, Science or Humanities; OR
- Must have membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of India.
