How Thozeelo uses AI

Thozeelo is built AI-first. About 90% of the work is done by AI: Claude, by Anthropic, helps us build and design the app, and Google AI models read notices, extract the details and power the eligibility engine. People do the remaining 10%: checking sources, reviewing flagged listings and handling your reports.

01Why we use AI

Every day, hundreds of recruitment notices are published as long PDFs across department and PSU websites. A small team cannot read all of them quickly. AI lets ThozeeloIQ OPC, a One Person Company, cover every notice as it is published and keep listings up to date when corrigenda are issued.

03Models we use

  • Claude, by Anthropic, for application development and design. It helps us build the website and app; it is not used on notices or user data.
  • Google AI models, via Google Cloud, for document extraction, reading notices and the eligibility engine.
  • We may change models as better ones become available. This page will be updated when we do.

04How we keep it accurate

  • AI works only from the official notice. It is instructed not to add information that is not in the source.
  • Every listing links to the original notice so you can check it yourself.
  • Extractions with low confidence, or that conflict with an earlier version, are held for human review before they go live.
  • Corrections you send are checked by a person, and fixed listings are marked as corrected.

AI can still make mistakes. The official notification on the employer's website is always the authority.

05Your data and AI

  • Google AI models mainly process public notices, not your personal data.
  • The eligibility engine uses only the profile fields needed for a check. Your name, email and phone number are sent to Google AI models used through Thozeelo's own Google Cloud account.
  • Claude is used only to build and design the product. Your personal data is never shared with Anthropic.
  • We use Google Cloud's business terms, under which your data is not used to train their models.
  • We do not sell your data, to AI companies or anyone else.

06What we will never do

We do not sell your data. We do not publish false or made-up job information. We never take money from any candidate for a job, an application or a shortlist.
