01Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and ThozeeloIQ OPC, a One Person Company based in Navi Mumbai ("Thozeelo"). They apply to the website, apps, alerts and any related services. If you do not agree, do not use Thozeelo.
02What Thozeelo does
Thozeelo collects publicly available recruitment notices from government departments and PSUs, summarises them in plain language, and helps you check whether you meet the published eligibility criteria.
Thozeelo does not conduct recruitment, accept applications, collect fees on behalf of employers, or guarantee any job, interview or result.
03Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- Give accurate information. Eligibility results depend on it.
- Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- One account per person.
04Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, copy or republish listings or summaries in bulk without written permission.
- Post or submit false reports, impersonate others, or upload malicious files.
- Attempt to break, overload or bypass the security of the service.
- Use Thozeelo to advertise, solicit fees, or run fake recruitment schemes.
05Listings and accuracy
Summaries, deadlines and eligibility checks are prepared from official notices but may contain errors or become outdated when an employer issues a corrigendum. The official notification on the employer's website is always the authority.
Most listings are read and summarised by AI models and reviewed by people where the AI flags uncertainty. See AI Usage for how this works.
Always verify details on the official notice before applying or paying any fee. Report errors through the Corrections page.
06Intellectual property
The Thozeelo name, logo, design, software and original summaries belong to ThozeeloIQ OPC. Official notices and logos of employers belong to their respective owners and are shown for reference only.
07Third-party links
Listings link to employer and government websites that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
08Limitation of liability
Thozeelo is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on a listing, a missed deadline, an eligibility result, or an application you make to a third party. Our total liability for any claim is limited to ₹1,000.
09Suspension and termination
You can delete your account at any time from Profile. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, with notice where practical.
10Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
11Changes and contact
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them. Questions: hello@thozeelo.com.
