Post 1 of 1- Must be an Officer from Central Government, State Governments, Union Territory Administrations, autonomous bodies, statutory organisations, public sector undertakings, recognised universities, or recognised research institutions.
- Must be holding an analogous post on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department; OR
- Must have five years of regular service in the grade of Upper Division Clerk in level-4 (Rs. 25500-81100); OR
- Must have ten years of regular service in the grade of Lower Division Clerk in level-2 (Rs. 19900-63200).
- Must have proficiency in computer including office applications.
