Recruitment for the Post of Deputy Chief Financial Officer (Dy.CFO)

• Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) OR a qualified Cost Accountant (CMA) from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI).
• Must hold a valid membership of the respective professional institute on the closing date and maintain it throughout the tenure.
• Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience, with at least 2 years at a managerial or higher level in finance/accounts.
• For Central/State Public Sector Enterprises candidates (Serving/Retired): Managerial level experience must be at E-5 level or above, or an equivalent level.
• For Private Sector candidates (serving/Retired): The 10 years of post-qualification experience must include at least 2 years in a managerial or higher level in finance/accounts, managing a finance team or independently overseeing a finance function from listed private-sector companies.
• Must have substantial experience in corporate accounts, budgeting, financial reporting, expenditure and revenue accounting, taxation, audit, working-capital management, payroll, financial planning, internal financial controls, risk management, and statutory compliance.
• Hands-on working experience in the operation of ERP/HRMS or comparable enterprise financial systems is essential.
