Post 1 of 1- Must have a full-time Bachelor's Degree in Law or Post Graduate Degree in Law from a college approved by the Bar Council of India, with at least 60% marks.
- A Company Secretary (CS) qualification is desirable.
- Must have at least 13 years of post-qualification experience in a Corporate Legal Department.
- If from a Public Sector (PSU/PSB/Central or State Government), must have completed at least 2 years of service in the immediate previous grade of E5 (IDA scale: ₹80,000 - ₹2,20,000 or pre-revised CDA/IDA equivalents).
- If from the Private Sector, must be currently drawing a minimum Gross CTC of Rs. 19 Lakhs per annum and be employed in an organization with an average annual turnover of Rs. 75 crores or more over the last three financial years ending 2025-2026.
- The cut-off date for reckoning eligibility criteria for age and experience is 01st August, 2026.
