Manager (Business Process)
Post 1 of 5- Must have an MBA/PGDM from a Government recognised University or Institution.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in a Bank, Wealth Management firm, or broking firm.
- Candidates currently working in SBI Group companies must produce a 'No Objection Certificate' (NOC).
Project Development Manager (Technology)
Post 2 of 5- Must have a BE, B.Tech, ME, M.Tech, MBA, MMS, PGDM, or PGDBM from a Government recognized University or Institution.
- Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience in banking Technology, preferably in a business function.
- Candidates currently working in SBI Group companies must produce a 'No Objection Certificate' (NOC).
Central Research Team (Product Lead)
Post 3 of 5- Must have an MBA/PGDM from a recognized college/university or be a CA/CFA.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Equity Research/Products in Wealth Management, AMC (Mutual Funds), or Banks.
- Candidates currently working in SBI Group companies must produce a 'No Objection Certificate' (NOC).
Central Operations Team (COT) Support
Post 4 of 5- Must be a Graduate from a Government recognised University or Institution.
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services, investment advisory, private banking, or Wealth Management Solution Providers.
- Out of the total experience, a minimum of 2 years must be in Central Operations in a Wealth Management business.
- Candidates currently working in SBI Group companies must produce a 'No Objection Certificate' (NOC).
Head Sales
Post 5 of 5- Must have an MBA or PGDM from a reputed college/university.
- Must have a minimum of 15 years of experience in managing a sales team in Wealth Management, Retail Banking, or AMCs.
- Out of the total experience, a minimum of 8 years must be in leading a large team of Relationship Managers and Team Leads, preferably in Wealth Management Firms or Asset Management Companies (AMCs).
- Candidates currently working in SBI Group companies must produce a 'No Objection Certificate' (NOC).
