Recruitment for Director (Finance) in Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd. (RVNL)

• Applicant must be employed in a regular capacity, not contractual/ad-hoc.
• Applicant must be from one of the following: (a) Central Public Sector Enterprise (CPSE), (b) Central Government Group 'A' Officer, (c) State Public Sector Enterprise (SPSE) with an annual turnover of Rs. 5,000 crore or more, or (d) Private Sector Company/Joint Venture with an annual turnover of Rs. 5,000 crore or more.
• Must be a Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant, or hold a full-time MBA/PGDM with a specialization in Finance from a recognized University/Institution. Preference will be given to Chartered Accountants.
• Officers of Organized Group 'A' Accounts Services and applicants from Central Govt./Armed Forces/All India Services are exempt from the educational qualification if they have the relevant experience.
• Must have at least five years of cumulative experience at a senior level in the last ten years in Corporate Financial Management / Corporate Accounts.
• Applicants from Central Govt./All India Services should be holding a post at the level of Joint Secretary in Govt. of India or an equivalent pay scale on a substantive basis.
• Applicants from Armed Forces should hold a post at the level of Major General in the Army or equivalent rank.
• The appointment is for a period of five years from the date of joining or up to the date of superannuation, whichever is earlier.
