- Must have worked as Sr. Architect/Architect for at least 3 years in General Consultancy projects of Metro/MRTS/RRTS/High speed railway/Semi-high speed railway.
- For candidates from Government/PSU sectors: Must have worked for at least 2 years in the IDA pay scale of Rs. 60,000-1,80,000 or CDA pay scale in Level 11 of 7th CPC pay matrix.
- For candidates from the Private sector: Must have an annual CTC of at least 24.10 LPA as on the last date for submission of application.
