DGM (Architect / Buildings)
Post 1 of 1- Must have a Full Time Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
- UR/EWS candidates must have a first-class degree or minimum 60% marks. Reserved category candidates (SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/PwBD) need at least 50% marks.
- Must have a minimum of 11 years of post-qualification experience.
- Out of the total experience, at least 09 years must be in planning, design & execution of multi-storied Educational, Residential/ Industrial / Convention Centres/ Museums/ Railway Station / Air Concourse Buildings, Pre-engineered steel buildings, Landscape & Interior designing projects.
- For candidates from Central/State Govt./PSU/Autonomous Organizations: Must have worked for at least 2 years in the IDA pay scale of Rs. 60,000-1,80,000 or CDA pay scale level 11.
- For candidates from Private Sector or other organizations: Must have a total experience of 11 years and an annual CTC of at least 24.10 LPA on the last date for submission of the application.
