  • Must be no older than 60 years as of 31 Mar 2026.
  • Must have a full-time B.E/B. Tech /M. Tech/MCA in Electronics / E&TC/ IT/ Computers Science/Computer Eng. / Electrical / Mechanical or any allied disciplines from a recognized Institute / University.
  • Must have at least 20 years of experience as of 31 Mar 2026.
  • Must have at least 10 years of cumulative experience in Program/Project Management (Planning/Execution/Implementation and Monitoring of high value projects).
  • Must have previously served for a cumulative period of at least 20 years in a regular (non-contractual) capacity in one of the following: CPSEs, Central Government Group ‘A’ officers (including Armed Forces / Para military), or State PSEs with an annual turnover of 500 Cr or more for the past 3 years.
  • Last pay drawn must be equivalent to CDA Scale (7th CPC) of Rs. 78,800 - 2,09,200 (revised) or PB-3+ GP Rs.7600 (pre-revised); OR IDA Pay Scale before 3rd PRC of Rs. 32,900-58000/-; OR IDA Pay Scale after 3rd PRC w.e.f 01.01.2017 of Rs. 80,000 - 2,20,000/-.
