Recruitment for the post of Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

• Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) OR a qualified Cost Accountant (CMA) from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI).
• Must hold valid membership of the respective professional institute on the closing date and maintain it throughout the tenure.
• Minimum 12 years of post-qualification experience.
• At least 2 years of experience must be in a senior finance leadership position.
• For Central/State Public Sector Enterprise employees (serving/retired), the senior-level experience must be at E-6 level or above.
• For employees of listed private-sector companies, the senior-level experience should be in a role not more than two levels below the CEO/Managing Director/Head of the organisation.
• Must have substantial experience in areas like corporate accounts, budgeting, financial reporting, taxation, audit, working-capital management, payroll, financial planning, internal financial controls, risk management, and statutory compliance.
• Hands-on working experience in operating ERP/HRMS or comparable enterprise financial systems is essential.
