Executive Director (Operations & Technical)
Post 1 of 2- Must be a Graduate in Engineering from a recognized university/institution OR have a Certificate of Competency as Master (FG) / Dredge Master Grade-I / MEO Class-I / Dredge Engineer Grade-I.
- A management degree from a reputed institution is an added advantage.
- Must have a minimum of 25 years of post-qualification experience (20 years for internal candidates).
- For candidates from the private sector: out of 25 years, 5 years must be as Head of Department reporting to Director/MD/CEO, with an annual salary of Rs. 45 lakhs or more. Must have worked in a company listed on a Stock Exchange with a minimum turnover of Rs. 500 Cr. per annum for the last three years.
- For candidates from PSEs/Govt Sector/Autonomous body: must be working in E-7 grade (IDA scale ₹100000-260000) or equivalent for a minimum of 4 years. Equivalent CDA scale is Level 13 (6th CPC: ₹37,400-67,000 with GP ₹8700; 7th CPC: ₹123100-215900).
- Must be employed in a regular capacity, not contractual or ad-hoc.
- Must have sound Operations and Technical knowledge. Preference for candidates with proven experience in Project Management.
- Experience in Shipping, Ports, and Dredging sectors will be given due consideration.
Executive Director (Finance)
Post 2 of 2- Must be a qualified CA or CMA.
- A management degree from a reputed institution is an added advantage.
- Must have a minimum of 25 years of post-qualification experience (20 years for internal candidates).
- For candidates from the private sector: out of 25 years, 5 years must be as Head of Department reporting to Director/MD/CEO, with an annual salary of Rs. 45 lakhs or more. Must have worked in a company listed on a Stock Exchange with a minimum turnover of Rs. 500 Cr. per annum for the last three years.
