Chief General Manager (Gr. IX) HR
Post 1 of 1- Must have a two-year, full-time First Class Post Graduate Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management/Human Resource Management/Industrial Relations, or a Master of Social Work/MA (Social Work) with specialization in HR/IR/PM from a recognized University/Institution.
- Alternatively, must have a two-year, full-time First Class MBA in HR from a recognized University/Institution.
- Must have 21 years of post-qualification experience in HR functions, preferably in a large industry.
- A Degree in Law is a desirable added advantage.
- First class is reckoned at 60% aggregate marks. This is relaxable by 5% for SC/ST & PwD candidates.
- Candidates from the private sector must be employed in a regular capacity in a company with an annual turnover of Rs. 1000 crore or more.
