Post 1 of 1- Must be an Engineering Graduate, preferably in Aerospace/ Electronics/ Electronics & Communication/ Mechanical Engineering.
- A postgraduate degree in Aerospace/ Propulsion System Engineering is desirable.
- Must have technical/operational experience at a senior level of management in an organization of repute.
- Out of the total experience, at least five years during the last ten years should have been in leading R&D projects in Missile Systems, Underwater Weapons, Decoys, High Energy Ballistics, Guidance, Navigation & Control, Aerodynamics & Propulsion, or Ammunition & Explosive of Missiles in the Defence sector.
- Applicant must be employed in a regular capacity (not contractual/ad-hoc) in a CPSE, Central Government Group 'A' services, SPSE (with annual turnover > Rs. 1,000 crore), or Private Sector/JV (with annual turnover > Rs. 1,000 crore).
