  • Must be an officer from the IRSME cadre.
  • SG Officer of IRSME cadre with 14 years but less than 17 years of Group 'A' service will be designated as Sr. GM (P&S)/E-7 grade.
  • JAG/SG Officer of IRSME cadre who has completed a minimum of 9 years of Group 'A' service will be designated as GM (P&S)/E-6 grade.
  • Must have experience in: Installation, commissioning of machinery and plant or maintenance of machinery and plant for diesel locomotive (Shed/Workshop/PU) for three years.
  • Experience in Rolling stock Diesel sheds and Wagon maintenance.
  • Familiarity with procurement process is desirable.
