Post 1 of 1- Applicant must be a graduate from a recognized University/Institute.
- Applicant must be employed in a regular capacity in a CPSE, Central Government Group 'A' officer, SPSE (with annual turnover of Rs. 10,000 crore or more), or Private Sector/JV (with annual turnover of Rs. 10,000 crore or more).
- Experience Category-I: Priority for applicants with 5 years' experience in HR/IR/Personnel in the last 10 years.
- Experience Category-II: Applicants with minimum 2 years' experience in HR/IR/Personnel + 3 years as functional head of Projects/Plants with direct responsibility for 1000 workforce in the last 10 years.
- Experience Category-III: Mandatory experience of five (05) years as functional head of Projects/Plants with direct responsibility for at least 20% of the workforce in the last ten (10) years.
- Post Graduate Diploma or Degree in Personnel Management/Human Resources Management or MBA/PGDM/PGPM is desirable.
- Engineering degree is desirable.
- Experience in Defence, aerospace and heavy Engineering is desirable.
